hello to everyone again..
i just need to know what is the certified copy of birth certificate?
is it that it is in english and is notirized by some lawyer or something?
please clarify

that is the copy that you should have... no one really has the original those are kept in some government office...

if you are at the NVC stage you need a long form of this birth certificate that lists your parents name....

As your birth certificate is not Canadian, you might want to have a look at the reciprocity tables for your country of birth.

This is a list from the Dept. of State of which documents from each country are acceptable, just choose your country of birth from the drop down list, it will then display the page for your birth country - click on the "Jump to Country documents" link at the top of the page.
