Oops ! I messed up the previous thread. Here it is again
The cover letter and the barcode sheet sent by NVC say to send the form I864 to the following address:
National Visa Cente
ATTN: CMR
32 Rochester Ave
Postmouth, NH 03801-2909
BUT the envelop enclosed with this letter has the zip code 03801-2901
Which one is right??

I'm not sure. If someone else doesn't give you a clear answer about the 9 digit zipcode' maybe you could just send it to "03801." Only a 5 digit zipcode is needed to mail things. I assume that if the rest of the address is correct, it will be sent to the correct place. I've noticed that often times, when mailing a large company or office (such as USCIS) that the last 4 digits correspond to a mailbox number. In any case, the postal service will deliver with only the first 5 digits.
