I have a question about the AOS bill and the DS-3032.
My wife in Japan has already received the original 3032 document and returned it but I have not received the copy or the AOS bill.
This seems a little strange because I live in the US within a 15 hour drive of NVC. Why would she receive the document before me?

Has anyone had this happen to them?

I called NVC and they did not have an answer but they did offer to send the bill out again. I told them to wait since I do not want the confusion of having two bills generated.

The DS3032 is sent to the applicant to be filled out and to the petitioner as a copy only.
The AOS Fee Bill is sent to the petitioner.

My problem is that her 3032 and my AOS bill was sent on the same date.
It is strange that she would get the 3032 in Japan and I have not gotten the AOS bill yet.

I may use James short cuts to send the AOS bill in. Am I correct that the only thing that I will need to send in is the AOS bill sheet (James Shortcuts) and the Money Order for the $70 fee?
