My wife and I have been scheduled for the interview on Dec. 5 2007. I confirmed the date on the Embassy website. The problem though is that I have yet to receive package 4, and the formal interview letter. We are very worried because our interview date is two weeks away. Can anyone help please.

The Embassy will send you and your wife package 4 to Colombia and the USA address you listed.
