So I have called NVC every other day this week (Mon, Wed, Today) and today the operator said "It was sent for review on Monday the 19th".

So just to clarify I confirmed she meant a final review, she said yes, to clarify FURTHER I said, so it is now in the final review and then it will be scheduled for an interview. She said yes.

I said how long does that review generally take, she responded 2-4 weeks, however it can be sooner.

So, my question is - and I am sure I have read something about this here - when you were waiting for your case complete at NVC, did they ever tell you it was under final review and how long was it between hearing that and hearing case complete?

Yes, they did with me, especially that I have been calling them everyday and keeps every record of it. Remember??? I sent you a PM.

Nope, it just went from DS-230 & I-864 RFE response are under review to CASE COMPLETE in one day. Never got an intermediate "Review Complete" on either item.

Thanks for your responses Rina and Chris. Well at least today there was something - up until now it's been 'nothing' answers - as in we are doing....nothing.

I'll call again on Monday and see what's up, thanks again.

We were not listening to the automated often, but before receiving a note stating send "missing info" (was that an RFE?) it said: we received docus and it's under review. After i received the letter (of missing info) and sent back the missing info, they stated it was completed. From the missing info sent to the completion, it took 9 days.
