I think we have put together a really nice packet. I have it set up in a binder with ACCO fasteners and tabs at the bottom to separate each document section. I have five letters from friends and family about our relationship and lots of other documents so I think we should be fine. kicking.gif kicking.gif It will be nice to get this done and over with good.gif

Rock on, Jim, rock on! good.gif

Well I our I-751 sent off today. I almost screwed up. Just as I was handing it to the mailman in the sealed envelope I wondered if we had signed it. I tore it open to check and sure enough we had not. I had to go to Mariya's work and get her to sign it then back to the post office to tape it up and finally get it mailed.

Oh boy now another wait begins.

Goodluck to you guys!

Those last minute panic attacks come in handy at times don't they? Glad to hear that you were able to fix it before it became a problem!

samsbs

The only thing I would suggest is having your parent's send something in writing stating that both of you lived with them, and indicate if they require you to pay any rent or utilities. Other than that I think your list looks good. Best of luck!

Jasman, out of curiosity...how did you label your tabs. Did you do a tab for every category or for each individual type of evidence.

I'm putting mine together now and i'm having a hard time labeling...maybe I'm just retarded.

I know I am not Jasman, but I did a tab for each individual type of evidence. I had about 18 tabs so it got a bit crowded but I think it still looked fairly neat.

I think putting tabs for easy lookup really helps. When I sent the I-129 to CSC I did the same thing and it was approved in about 12 days. I don't expect that this time but do believe having an organized packet helps them and they show they thanks good.gif

I had 14 tabs

Excellent, I ended up with 12 tabs. Everything is packaged and double/tripple check. I'm gonna sleep on in tonight and check it again in the morning and OFF IT GOES.
