So I am wondering if there are any couples out there who had a waiver approved? I trying to find out how long it takes to get a visa pick up appointment after a waiver is approved. I've already tried the waiver forum but there's not manu canuks there, that's why I here. Any takers?

This is something that isn't tracked in the immigration timelines. Maybe we can get Ewok to start tracking waivers too

My wife and I filed the I-212 waiver at the same time we filed the I-130, and it took about 10 months to get an answer back on it. We also had to get my state senator involved with it as it went outside the processing times, so it very well could've gone much longer. Good luck!
