I phoned Excess Baggage and they said they needed a work enabled visa to be able to ship to the US. Has anyone else come across this and was their K1 ok to use. I know it can be used to work if you get a stamp at JFK, which I am not planning to do. Did anyone else run into any problems by using their K1 or did they fill in the forms in their partner's name and get them to send a copy of their US passport?

Many of us here have used excessbaggage and we all have family based visas. As a rule they are a great company and I don't think I've ever heard any bad feedback about them.
