Hello all VJ members...I am Melinda, been here for a little bit..since about June I think...unfortunately found this site after I filed my I129F....however I have found it to be extremely helpful and supportive...I am awaiting my NOA2...hopefully soon...although just sent my RFE....anywho.........I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my SO, Tarek...we are remaining positive through the wait....

I am a social worker and work in the child protection field and have for almost 8 years now...the job is so challenging yet rewarding at the same time...I am currently in grad school in the mental health counseling field......
