One Heart,

Line 7 asks for annual income, not monthly - so she should re-write the form. good.gif

Hi,

Is this Anual Income before-TAX?

So inother words we can write IRS from 1040 Line 7, Wages, slaries from W-2 ?

axp,
Q7 is about your current employment/income. Line 7 from the 1040 would be last years income. You want to put what you are earning now (and if that is through regular employment, it should equal what is verified in your employment letter(s) for the most part).

If your basis for your support of your spouse is your income, they care about what you are making now. If you made over 125% over the poverty line for your household size last year, but don't this year, they would want a co-sponsor. On the other hand, if you didn't make enough last year, but do this year you would qualify as the sponsor.

Thanks, Urge To Race, pushbrk,

Regrading K-3 to AOS (file-I-485) it takes 6 months according to USCIS timeline.

So K-3s one in the US cannot get a Social Security#? correct?

When we apply for I-485 can my spouse also apply for "Tempory Employment Authorization " ? Because if we get an EAD we can get a SSN? correct?

Yes, you can apply for EAD and AOS together. Once the K3 holder has EAD, they can get SSN.
