Hi. We planned on applying for AP but then hubby got his AOS interview so we thought we would wait and save the money but now there is an emergency and he has to get to Pakistan as soon as he can. What do we have to do in order to apply? and how long does it take to get it?

You would need to go to your local office and apply for AP... take evidence of the emergency... fax from a hospital or doctor outlining the nature of the emergency... if approved they will issue it on the same day...
