I have received DS 3032(choice of agent) and sent it to NVC.
But reviewing this board, I found there is AOS fee bill.(Maybe you guys receive it with DS3032)
I didn't receive AOS fee bill. What's AOS fee bill? Is it sent to my husband(US citizen) or me?
Should I contact with NVC in order to receive it?
Also, my husband haven't NOA2 for I 130. Is NOA2 missing? Or, after I send DS3032, can he get NOA2?

NVC sends DS3032 to the beneficiary to choose the agent, and AOS fee bill and a copy of DS3032 to the petitioner.NVC does not start the processing unless they receive approved petition from USCIS. Looks like, your NOA2 and AOS fee bill are missing. You may want to contact the NVC.

Usually, one received DS 3032 and AOS (Affidavit of Support) Fee Bill at the same time. Please call and talk with an NVC operator live to find out about AOS Fee Bill.
The aos fee bill is sent to the US citizen (your husband).
The noa2 may be required at your interview (not sure) so he should request they send it again.
Perhaps they have an old or incorrect address for him?
Also, he can download and print his own fee bill, and mail it in if he is reasonable computer competent.
This will help to reduce the mail time delay.
