Hey everybody,

I hope you can help me... We applied for K3 Visa this year and Iīm going to the States for my hubbys homecoming next year. I already booked my flight and I hope I wonīt have problems at the POE.
I read somewhere (donīt remember exactly where I read this though) that if my I-129F/I-130 will get approved while Iīm in the US I donīt have to go back to Germany for my Interview. Is that true?? Could we just start with my AOS in the States after I got approved??

Hope you can help!!

The short answer is no. you have to go back as you applied for a K-3 which is a visa (actually a non-immigrant visa) that can only be obtain at your home consulate.
