I sent my I-130 in with just one affidavit from a witness (translator) at our wedding. I don't have anything else to prove our marriage except of course the marriage certificate. Is this enough? How tough is USCIS on proof? If they want more proof what can I do?

They LOVE photos. Surely you guys took some good wedding photos?

Well....actually we just had the standard civil wedding at the local ZAGS office so we only have photos taken just after we left the office where they married us. But maybe that will work. Thanks.

Contrary to popular belief where most people say you need all kinds of evidence to submit with your I-130 form, all you need is your marriage certificate and MAYBE one or two affidavits, that's all. That's how I and other people filed and were approved without any issues.

Leave all evidence for the interview which is when the CO will most likely ask for it.

Profile says you are doing a DCF. If so you surely must have more evidence of living together in Russia.

I tried to do DCF but failed. Now I must go the K-3 route.

I sent in a marriage certificate, three affidavits from USCs that were present in our wedding, a bank letter re; our joint account. I hope this is enough but if they ask for more, we have tons of photos from our wedding and honeymoon, as well as receipts for gifts I sent and correspondence letters.

Do the CR-1 and forget the K3.
K3 are a joke at this time.
