Does anyone have any comments on EWR (Liberty-Newark Airport) as to how was their experience at this port of entry? Was it smooth? Any issues?

Click on POE column..... You can see for Newark... seems you will be travelling by Continental Airlines ... as it has started many flights to newark from delhi, Mumbai.

Very easy. No problems after the immigration officer scans the passport, they took my wife to another room where they asked who is here and where I work. My wife and I came back together so we went in the citizens line together.
