I was able to talk to operators three times out of many calls I made. Those were at 3 PM and 8 PM (pacific time). so keep calling...

The only time I ever got through to the NVC was at about 11:30pm est

HI I FOUND THE BEST TIME TO TALK TO OPERATOR IS BETWEEN 3-4 IN AFTERNOON ALWAYS GOT THROUGH EVENTUALLY

I got through within 1 or 2 tries when I called at 7.30am EST. Get 'em early if you can!

It's been taking them time to reply to emails for how many months now. I suggest to call them at 730AM- 8AM EST. That's the best time I normally get all the answers to all my questions and concerns. Good luck!

The NVC is very slow to respond. In fact, every time they responded to me I already had solved the problem by the time I got their reply email.

forget about email... they have lots of stuff on their hand.... I dont think they have time to respond to emails as office work and applications are still to be cleared and all piled up.... They replied to my email after 25 days.

Call them... I guess call them early... I have called them from India and it takes me 10 to 20 mins to connect. I used to call them at around 10 pm night India time

You can get the operators at any time, just when you call press on 1 then 5, if the girl that speaks spanish comes up, hang up and call again and do the same thing. You'll get through.
