Just wanted to say hi! Glad you got your records - finally!

It seems like you shouldn't need a waiver, though I guess it's kind of subjective. Check out page 6 of this document, it seems that you would have had to have intent to "harm" instead of simple assault.

emt-It is actually the the issuing threats that we are a little concerned about, not so much the assault. We are just having the hardest time figuring this thing out.

I know how you feel^^ I was nervous for a long time too because I had a few charges one of them theft, BUT here I sit in Maryland on a K1.

Things will work out.
