i have been in usa for two years and after a month i recieved my green card i filed for divorce because i couldn't stand her cheating on me and using me financially and in everyway else. i recieved the 10 years green card a month before i filed the divorce and she is threatning me to talk to immigration services and deport me if i don't do all what she wants. can she d that ? am i legally safe now or i made a mitake by filing divorce?

She can not have you deported unless she has evidence that you have committed visa fraud.... then all she could do is hand that in to USCIS and it would be up to them to make a decision about your status, not your ex-wife.... you have a 10 year card you do not need to remain married to remain in the USA....

she is trying to scare you.... there is nothing she can do....
