My wife (US Citizen) can change her mind!!!

We have been married over 6 years and have 2 great children (6years and 6 weeks) and last xmas we decieded to settle fully in the UK and as i had never used my green card and no intent to use it my wife and i agreed to give it up as we never used it at all. I flew into the US on a visa waiver from london to vist wifes family. A month afer i gave the green card up my wife become pregnant in london and because she had been away from her family for over 6 years NOW wanted to bring our new born up in the US for the first part of his life which is ok with me and i know how important family is.

They say woman can change their mind but.....anyway!!!

I suppose there is is no chance of some how getting back my green card????

If you've voluntarily surrendered your GC, yes, you will have to reapply to settle in the US.

Since you both have been living overseas, you can apply for IR-1 visa directly to the US Embassy in London (DCF) it is much faster than K-3 or IR-1 filing through USCIS in the states.
