Hello, just some questions about vaccinations(sp its early blush.gif ).....when are they needed, before medical? or do they do this at the medical? What can we do to prepare? THANKS~david

They will give the vaccinations they require at St. Lukes. It's a good idea to have medical done as early as possible in case the beneficiary needs to get any vaccinations that require a series of shots. If there is any record of previous vaccinations, take that to the medical.

Hi,

Ask her to try to get copies of all medical exam papers; physical (I-693 medical examination form), and immunization record (DS 3025 - She will need it later to adjust status in the US), and of course the x-ray.

Claudeth received her MMR at her medical but had to wait until she got here for the tetanus, they didn't carry it at St. Lukes
