Help Help. Im depressed here. Except for 6-27 date when contractor reviewed for all forms sent, in I have
never had any touches. as of 11-19, 26 of the last 30 approvals have been after my date of 6-15-07 and 13 of 30 have been for month of July!! Do we have a new calander I don't know about. I tried calling, just a recording.

I too was hoping my fiancee would be here this Christmas. But with all the delays after another that hope is now gone. Did you get an answer from them regarding your case?

I'm trying to be patient. I called the info. line about 2 weeks ago and never talked to anyone. kept getting switched around. will try your # when i get off work in an hour. Im guessing that after the info. about "congressionals" got out everybody called there congresspersons. This has been a bad couple of months for me and fianc'ee, first it takes forever and then everybody is passing us up out of turn.

They told me they are doing background investaigation on me. I am so fortunate to end up on the TSA watch list, so for the last 3 years I can not get a computer printout airplane ticket, I have to wait in line and go through the "extra screening" at the airport. I'm sure this is why I got the extra investagation and delay on my 2nd notice. It is almost impossible to get off that list, i've tried 2 times. Tough luck to me. "I am not a crook"

there's nothing you can do to expediate the interview date. you have no choice but to wait until they set an appointment date. but they are required by law to do this in a certain amount of time. so i wouldn't worry too much about that. if you want to ensure that she will receive the visa, i suggest that you are go with her to the interview.

Thank you. We are trying to be patient, It is difficult to do so when noa 2's are being processed 5 weeks ahead of ours on a regular basis.
Everything was set to be pre or post Christmas to match up with my 11 holidays my employer gives us at Christmas, + 2 weeks vacation befor or after. Now since I promised I would be over at Christmas to meet rest of her family and I have 11 free days I have Spent 1900 on airfare and about 5000 total, then I will do the same at time of Visa which may be Feb. or March 08. Who knows? Very expensive delay for me.

Does anyone know if it finally gets to NVC if it will go back to 6-15-07 group of files, or will I be at the back of list? I called about this ? but I got answers about everything but my ? that I had asked..
