I applied for I-751 back in May at VSC, got a NOA receipt date of May 31. Last touched after Biometrics in July. Nothing since.

However, just noticed that the Fiance Petition that was processed and approved 4 years ago was just touched this past Saturday, 11/17/07.

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Anyone ever had their case touched on a weekend?

This is reported every once in a while here on VJ, USCIS may have looked at the old case file while adjudicating the current I-751 case.

Yes, my AOS was touched when I filed my 751. I received an e-mail from USCIS saying my case was approved back in 05.

We previously had several "weekend touches" for our AOS. We were then told two different stories; 1) people were working on the weekend due to the backlog and 2) the computer "just updated" somethng that had happened on the Friday before.

Not sure of what the real truth is ....
Good luck!
