if you click on the example forms top left right under search , beside the downloads and gallery , you will see all the forms you will need for K1 applications ( theyr great examples on how to file the k1 )

If you are referring to a OMB date, you can continue using the form, it is a date that Office of Management and Budget specifies that suggested changes and auditing by the various departments needs to be completed by, in this case Department of State. OMB date is an internal audit date, not an expiration of the form.

The various consulates use and mail out forms that are much older than that.

So no problems using that form.

OMB date IS NOT an expiration date for the form.

Note: the expiration date can be found on the upper right corner of the form

Right, however if the updated version is available, use the updated version because they might have changed something. If theres no updated version its okay to use the old one.

Yep, I think that is still valid because the US embassy sent me my packet 4 with forms that are already expired.... to be sure just always check on that site before your interview, and download the forms that are most recent!
