I filed my I-751 in April 2007. Today when I checked my case status online it showed my I-130 which was approved in 2005 as being touched on 11/17/07, is this normal when waiting for the I-751?

I suppose it's possible they pulled your I-130 file to review your I-751 in better context. Or it could be that your I-130 got shipped to storage somewhere and that it's just a coincidence it happened now.
