Hi Guys

So im thinking ahead to when I'm going to have the interview down in London and i was wondering what the requirements are...specifically when it comes to the I134 form and the supporting documents.

I know theres a bunch of other forms i will need to do, like the DSxxxx forms, and our birth certificates and all other stuff thats needed.
With regards to the I134 though, my Fiancee is planning on sending me the following:

Letter from employer stating employment type, job, status and wage (for both her and her mother (our co-sponsor))

Letter from bank with the usual stuff on there (for both her and her mother (our co-sponsor))

Some of the most recent pay stubs (for both her and her mother (our co-sponsor))

Previous years tax returns (for both her and her mother (our co-sponsor who makes plenty more than the minimum needed))

The thing about the tax returns is confusing me for some reason! I think she mentioned that the W2 is actually included on the previous years tax returns, so would that not be needed? I have read somewhere before that London arent particuarly strict when it comes to things such as tax returns but i dont want to turn up and be denied/postponed for something as insignifcant as this!

Is there anything else that we should have to back up the I134?

Cheers Guys good.gif

I was asked for a tax return and they kept a copy of it plus a copy of all the documents which back up the tax return. I think you don't need to provide those if you supply transcripts provided by the IRS. I believe you can order those on-line. Just google for the the link.

If you are using tax transcripts, the W-2 isn't necessary.
