Hi, in I-175 Petition at part 5 say that list all your children.
My question is 1-My daughter is born in USA now she is 13months old so can I list her name at part 5?
2-If the answer is yes I should pay for her biometrics fee($80.00) or not?

You should list your daughter's name. In the "Address/Immigration Status" enter US Citizen for her.
A biometrics fee is not required for your daughter since she is a US Citizen and does not have any conditions to remove.
