I wonder if NSC will join the pending i751 case with the new N400 and transfer them both together to the District Office for interview or will they actually first try to approve the i751. I read that you are only supposed to have 1 A-file, so it can either be with the i751 or the N400 but not both at the same time.

Any ideas? comments?

I filed I-751 at TSC last Nov, and had Bio done Dec. 2006. I haven't heard anything since then. Called 1-800 number on Aug this year, and got a letter saying additonal time needs to process the case in about 45 days after I called. Online status showed last update 12/29/06, and status never changed since the beginning. I am eligible to file N-400 now, and I think I will file it next week. Please keep me posted of your update if you are in the similar situation.
Thanks.

They will throw your N-400 with the I-751 and ship it off to the DO... You should not get an approval on the I-751 from NSC once you have filed the N-400. It should be approved by your adjudicator at the Natz Interview.

BTW, if your NOA date is before December 28, you should be contacting your congressperson to look into things for you...
