Hello all, within the next month i will be going to the Philippines too visit my fiancée. i am wondering where do i send the forms? i thought i saw Nebraska(i live in Indiana) but i also thought i saw Nebraska doesn't do the 129_f. any help would be greatly appreciated

check the uscis.gov website I believe if you click the 1-129F form and view the instructions for the form it tells you where to send it, I believe it depends on what state u live in...always follow instructions from the uscis website. Good luck

for Indiana you would file with CSC. check instruction page for mailing address.

File Form I-129F with the California Service Center if you live in:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii,Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan,Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, NorthDakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington,Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Mail your Form I-129F package to:

Nebraska quit processing all I-129 and I-130 apps this past spring. Instructions when I filled out all the forms had me sending to Nebraska from Ohio, but USCIS just transfered everything and the NOA #1 came from California. It's a good thing since California has less of a wait than Nebraska used to have.
