Hi, for those of you who have already been through that stage of the Removal of Conditions process, how long of a gap did you have between the date you received your NOA1 and biometrics appointment letter? We got our NOA1 on 10/27 and have not heard anything since.
I've spoken to two friends (both VSC, both in Newark NJ district office area) who went through the same process recently and got both letters within a week or less of each other.

I received both my NOA and Biometrics appointment letter the same day, one month after sending in the I-751.

Should I be worried? I sent my application to Vermont on October 15th and received the NOA letter October 23rd........... and still no biometrics. Is there anyway I can call the service center and check if it has been sent out? I called 1 800 375 5283 number (the one given on NOA letter), but it's an automated system, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to talk to a live operator.
Any advice is deeply appreciated!

I am really worried too, i filed at CSC but havent got my Biomterics letter yet, it's been almost two weeks since i received my NOA
CSC is well known for being fast. Some peeps here have received their bimoterics letters within 5 -10 days from CSC except for me
Any advice?

I was looking at the immigration timeline stats and it looks like everything happens within a two month window, at least for docs sent in for 2007

Actually if you call back and press the right buttons, you can get a live operator.. In my case it was strange since I had two NOA letters with two different receipt numbers. The first person took my info and then transferred me to another queue where the second person was able to actually get into my wife's file and check and see about the receipt numbers and also found out that her Biometrics have not been sent yet..
But call back and listen carefully and press the right buttons and you will get a live person.

Thank you for your instruction, Pars
I've just spoken to one of USCIS representatives, he said i have to wait for 30 days from the date of the NOA receipt and if i dont receieve by then, i have to call them back and they will handle the matter.
My NOA dated 10/30/2007 and i will call them back on Friday or Monday

Why does it matter? The clock started ticking toward eligibility for citizenship when your conditional green card was approved.

If it weren't for the fact that we're expecting a baby and want the biometrics out of the way before the little guy arrives, I'd be just as happy to forget about Removal of Conditions now that we've met the requirement to file for it.

The approval timing, etc doesn't matter, I just like giving arijit a hard time.
