i know they are all busy and unusual in US CIS, but just wanted to know may be someone knows someting?
there is alot of other codes and numbers on the check, but none starts with 07 or 08?
Don't worry about the codes. It contains the banking data and accounting numbers. You have to worry about the NOA priority date and your case #.
You can check your case status on line and have them send you e-mail automatically where there is any update.
Rule: 3.6.18.3
#1. you have to married to the same person for the past 3 years.
#2. You can not be out of this country for more than 6 month per year
#3. Total month in US should be at least 18 month in the past 3 years.
#4. You should be in the current state where you file your N400 for the past 3 month.
You violate the rule # 2. Unless you lie to the officer or I got the wrong information from you, your N-400 application will be rejected.
Good luck.
