we are planning of getting roundtrip tickets for me and my USC baby? will there be any problem with it at POE? will they ask what kind of plane tickets i bought?

No problem at all. Plenty of people do this - ourselves included when our K-1 was granted - because round trip tickets are cheaper!

you might want to check out the rates of local travel agents before you purchase one. i was talking to my travel agent yesterday and found out NW has an ongoing thanksgiving sale valid for outbound until december 22. i was able to get a fare at far less than what nwa.com was offering for my tentative dec 18-jan 13 travel date.

no problem at all sis. You can purchase R/T or one way tickets. YOur CR1 visa enables you to leave the country anytime, without neglecting your residency (if you know what I mean!). I purchased one way tickets for my mag-ama...hehehehe. Will see you soon sis!
