Ok, I'm trying to figure out how to lookup our status on Delbros.com.
I see there is a register for the WayBill but nothing for checking release status?

Does anybody know how to check if our visa has been released do Delbros
from the Delbros website? (WWW.Delbros.Com)

I guess Delbros waybill is not working right now I've been trying to track or check if how was my visa if its already been release but then its not working so I contact them through their hotline number and they respond.. Better let your wife text Delbros

Delbros site is usually up during 10-11pm and 8-10am in the morning, u can also text them just provide to them ur tracking number and ur name... hope that helps

If Delbros' tracking system is down, there's no way you can check the status of your visa. The tracking number that you need to put is the MNL case number plus 1... e.g. MNL2007XXXXXX1. You can also text them for the status of the visa. Just put "Status for MNL2007XXXXXX1" and then send to Delbros text number that you can find at their website. Good luck!

Isn't it supposed to be 01 at the end of the case number? That's how mine is.

DeeZee is correct it's MNL # then 01 I just keep clicking untill it goes through some time it takes 15 mins but I just kept at it until it went through. Good luck!

US embassy must change their carrier! Delbros SUCK!!! bulok! walang kwenta! lagi na lang off-line! Website is always "page cannot be found" when you want to check your VISA.

They sure do Suck, I have been trying that stupid website all day and they have not given a reply by text. The page just saids cannot be found. I am only 2 hours ahead of Manila so I would the 10-11pm and 8-10am hours apply to US time our PI time. Either way what kind of website is only working 4 hours a day.

Try calling DELBROS' direct line 02-339-2761, thats how I checked the status of my visa. When they texed me that my visa was ready for delivery I called everyday to ask if it was already shipped. They were kind enough to give me the number of the forwarder in Dipolog ( guess they just want to get rid of me, hahaha) so I called the latter everyday too until they said my visa has arrived in Dipolog.
