How can i get Driving liscence ? my i-94 is expired i hae my NOA1's will they work?

Give the Georgia DMV a phone call. Each state has different laws regarding immigrants applying for a DL.
Here in Alabama, you need to show 180 days of allowable stay which can be either an unexpired visa, the EAD or green card.
