Hello Everyone,

Thanks again and some more questions...
1. If my wife download DS230 and print it in Bangladesh, it will be on A4 size (8.25 inx 11.75 in) paper which won't be similar to the letter size ( 8.5 in x 11 in) paper that only North America uses. Does NVC care the paper size?

2. Should my wife date the DS230 form after signing it? I am thinking to overnight the completed and signed DS230 to NVC on the same day I will receive it from NVC. It is understandable that I can't manage my wife's signeture overnight. Would it be a problem if the signing date is older than the day the DS230 is generated?

Please advise....

She can download the PDF-version of DS-230 and send it to you by mail or FedEx. Your wifes signature is necessary, as original. So she can print it out, complete it and sends it to the embassy.
But she should check, like with any other document she is downloading, that she has the most current version.

1. I don't think they care about the paper size, since there is no 'technical specification' for it. It is just a printable form - so the size of paper she has should be just fine.

2. I don't think the date of her signature will matter either, as the DS-230 is a downloadable form - I'm sure it is dated before actual generation all the time.

Paper size does not matter. You may want to trim it neatly using a paper cutter.

She needs to sign DS 230 part I now and leave the date area blank. You can write down a date before you mail it out to NVC.
