I have just got off the AVR system, my case was completed yesterday. No RFE. Thanks for everybody for the useful information on this site that helped me go through NVC. I used all the shortcuts posted on this site.
FYI, my DS230 was entered into NVC's system on October 31st.
I hope it is not too late to have an appointment scheduled this week for December.

I hope Trailmix gets the same message this morning, finally. Her case should have been completed weeks ago.

I do not know if it makes a difference in processing, I have just received the actual DS-230 package yesterday. On the envelope provided there is stamp in the lower left corner: APPT
If your consulate is an Appointment Processing one put these letters to the return envelope. The envelope they sent is 30.5x23cm, the size of APPT is about 15 mm (height)
