Do I still need my wife's signeture on DS230 even though I am the agent?If it needs, can I have her download the form from website, sign and email to me, so that I can complete the signed form and send to NVC? Would NVC accept the scanned signnature?

Signatures have to be in original. Don't expect USCIS to accept any form with a scanned signature.
It could be mounted.

Yes ur wife can download the DS230 form and fill it in.

NVC needs her original signature not the scanned one, she may mail it to you and you will be the one to send it to NVC.

No, they won't accept scanned signature. Have your wife print out the form, sign it, and mail it to you. Then you can fill out the form and date it before you mail it to NVC. In addition to that, fill out one DS 230 part I here, send it to your wife, have her sign it and keep it for her IV interview. She needs to take it with her to the Embassy during the interview. To sum it, you will need total DS 230 part I for the process. One DS 230 part I should be mailed to NVC and another one should be taken with the beneficiary during the interview. Your wife also needs to take DS 230 part II with her for the interview.

Original Signature is Required on the DS230 form. Let her download the form and mail it to you asap.

Being the AGENT means you are only the middleman to make sure all the forms will get to her. Instead of forms being lost in the mail.

It does not mean you have the right to sign forms for her.

The DS-230 is a form get to get the biographic details about your wife. So, LEGALLY, she is the only one who can sign the forms.

Scanned signature is not an original signature. Not allowed.

DS-230 is the actual visa application. It is critical that it bear an original signature.
