Ok, our interview is over and so now we wait for her visa in the mail! YHEA!

But guess what, she just received her appointment letter in the mail!
Luckily our immigration lawyer, here in the USA, received the letter
a few weeks befor the interview and emailed it to me. I forwarded it
to my wife so we were able to get the medical exam a few days befor
hand and make her interview on time.

Wow, I wonder if others have had this type of problem?

It would be horrific to get your appontment letter after the appointment
date!

Her appointment letter was the same as mine. We were expecting
that her letter would contain some different documents that did mine
but we were convienced not to wait and for my wife to continue
with her medical exam and appointment on schedule.

However, we were not give a date for her medical exam with the
appointment letter. Thanks to the great people here at VJ we
we're informed to go to the medical exam as soon as possible.
We only had about 1 week notice since there were some holidays
in between our receiving the appoinment letter and her interview date.

Hope this can help someone else out there who is thinking about
waiting for there applicant to wait for the appointment letter.

Good luck all!

No, the Appointment Letter was sent by the US Embassy, its just that the mail delivery in the Philippines sucks, especially if you are in the Province because addresses are hard to find or the delivery persons are too lazy to find the address. Thats why US Embassy sent a copy to the Petitioners.
