When we filed for K-3, I knew that I would be moving, so I rented a mail box (that appears as a residence address). It was nice and cheap, like 10 bucks a month.

I started to like this service, and I was receiving packages there, because I buy stuff online all the time. My NOA1 arrived there safely, too.

On Thursday, I came to pick up one of the four packages that I am expecting, and the mail box place was closed. Ok. But they were closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today too, with no notice to customers or instructions for mail carriers! UPS and Fedex tags were posted on the window, but no one collected them since Thursday! How bizarrely irresponsible?????


I emailed with my lawyer and he said not to worry to much because immigration correspondence will arrive to him as well - THANK GOD! I am leaving for Brazil on 19th and have few days to tie loose ends at work, pack and organize bunch of stuff. The last thing I need is that the letter from USCIS returns as undeliverable!!!!!!!! I shudder just thinking about it.

Law office will handle the addie change, and I can go to vacation, peacefully.

Ok. don't want to rub it in, but I am glad to have a lawyer!
