Does anybody know a good immigration attorney, preferably one who has experience in returned and denied petitions in Seattle Washington area. Our petition was denied few months ago and I need to see an attorney about what I can do next.
Thanks

Marc is the best in denied cases.

an immigration attorney need not live in your state to help you.

i'll send you his e mail

May I add that it is extremely important to ensure that the lawyer you choose really knows about returned and denied petitions? I went to one that claimed to know but she was blowing it out her A$$. I spent $500.00 for her to file a FIOA. Not only did she not file it to the right department but if she knew anything about it she would have known that they won't give details about the reason for returned petitions. I know this because I ended up filing one myself and after almost a year that is the response I got.

Chi knows of one of the best I have heard of. He not only gave me great advice, but told me that my case was too strong to really need a lawyer. How is that? He is good AND honest!

could you tell us something more about your case?

did you get an interview? if so what was the result? when was your interview?

you say are in "review"---are you referring to security checks? if you are in security checks all you can do is wait. you can call DOS to make inquiries until the checks are done. FYI--an attorney cannot help at all. this is a subject sore to many people but so far there is nothing happening stateside to move them along. although many are trying.
