My friend told me that u can have it stamp thru the CO office in Quirion Ave. Near Mcdonalds. St. Mary's is quite far from Manila. Congrats again. But I do attend my seminar in SMEF.

NO... St. Mary's for seminar only. The stamp will be at CFO main along Quirino Ave.

Sorry for the confusion. Let me just clarify that my husband did his at Aurora Blvd (Cubao, near PSBA), and he was told he can get his final stamp at same location.

Me too Sis Rina. They advice me to go back there. I am confused if we are allowed to do the stamping in CFO if we attend the seminar in St. Mary's Confuisng.

In Manila, the CFO sticker is applied by the CFO located on 1345 Pres. Quirio Ave. Please reference the map below from the CFO website. For your reference please read section 6.2 of the Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide. FYI: St. Mary Euphrasia Foundation-Center for Overseas Workers (SMEF-COW) conducts the guidance and counseling program and issues the Guidance and Counseling Certificate ONLY. While the CFO sticker is applied at the CFO location mentioned above, but the pre-requisite is have the Guidance and Counseling Certificate.

My statement applies to those who attended the seminar at SMEF-Taft. I don't know how it goes if you attended it in Cubao. Don't get confused now...

How come they do stamping for those who have their visas when I attended my seminar? Anyways, me and hubby will just go to CFO Quirino Ave. for stamping, much closer. Thanks for the info Sheriff Uling.

Thanks for the info. I will advise my husband on this one. I knew he asked on this since I told him to do so, at least not quite a far travel for him after he gets his visa and get his passport stamped.

I just myself for confusing you all... My bad! I was talking about PRISM-Taft... SMEF is the one in Cubao. Sorry guys...

But still, if you attended the seminar at PRISM-Taft, the CFO sticker will be at CFO main (Quirino). I dunno about SMEF-COW.

Which CFO for getting the CFO sticker is closer to the airport and the embassy?

When we were there in February, they said we could get the CFO stamp at CFO-Main (Pres. Quirino Ave) OR or SMEF-COW, because SMEF-COW had a CFO extension office. Not sure though because we went to CFO-main for ours.

As stated by others, in any case you can't get the CFO stamp at PRISM.

I am laughing at myself right now, because I am more confuse than ever.

If you attend a seminar at St. Mary of Euphrasia in Cubao Quezon City, don't have to go to Main CFO office at Quirino Ave because they have CFO office in the Compound. For more info Call this number:

CFO Manila is closer to the Embassy but neither are closer to the Airport, you may get your CFO sticker few days before your flight because traffic going to the airport is very bad unless your flight is 5:00 Am.

Yeah, I remember. SMEF-COW do have CFO office inside the compound thats why they are allowed to do the stamping.
