maggie,

fold the scarf in half, then put around your neck and put the free ends into the loop end. That's the popular way of wearing it over here. Not sure about your part of the world but I don't think it's too too different. here's a pic of it though I used to wear mine a LOT looser since I hate when things are tight around my neck. blink.gif http://www.theflyingshuttle.com/reversedrape.html

thanks for the website. I like that look. good.gif Finally quit fiddling with my scarf after that.

There's a woman who sits in front of me who wears a scarf everyday around her neck 'cause she's always cold. (go figure I have the fan blowin' full blast on me everyday whistling.gif ). She wore it this way http://www.theflyingshuttle.com/doubledrape.html and it looked really nice but she has a teensy tiny neck so I don't think it bothers her to have it so tight.

What was his POE? Do you know how long it took from start to finish? I"m still trying to guage JFK. I can't believe you're online but again congratulations! lol

LOL I'd hardly say I'm back online laughing.gif From start to finish didn't take long, maybe 30 minutes after he got out of line...his plane landed at 2:45 (early!) and he was in line for 2 hours and then they sent him I guess to a place where everyone in front of him was getting deported, so he thought he was going to be sent back too. When they were done with him he asked them where to go next (he meant for his bags or for me) and they told him to go home laughing.gif He was such a wreck when he finally came through the gates at 5:15 though, and I'd been waiting at JFK since around 2:30 so I was a wreck too.

JFK is hard to gauge I think because if a lot of planes land at once (5 landed around the time of his) you'll get stuck in line a lot longer.

Well the two flights in November (yeah right like he'll even get the visa by then) that are under $450 involve a 3 1/2 hour layover at jfk so that's cutting it close. I bet he was sweating it thinking he was going to be deported! I wonder who did get deported and why?
