Anyone know if Delbros delivers packets still or just the visas?

My last point of reference is that DHL delivers Packet 4 and Delbros delivers the visas.

Sounds that way now. When we did ours Delbros did both but that was a long time ago.
When I did my first petition.
Fed Ex did both!

Sounds that way now. When we did ours Delbros did both but that was a long time ago.
When I did my first petition.
Fed Ex did both!


I must agree with the Sheriff... DHL for Packet 4, Delbros for Visa. I think it is more of like couriers bid after the current courier's contract with USEM expired... unsure.gif
