The NSO told her today to come back on the 23rd to pick up the B.C. with the affidavit. It doesn't look like the passport will make it for either the physical or interview since rush processing for passports is 8 working days now. Do we reschedule the interview and they go when my stepdaughter has her passport or should my wife still take the physical, and they both go to the interview anyway knowing that the embassy requires the passport ?
