The VSC received my I-130 June 16th, 2007. The next couple months I was checking what dates they were processing the 16th of every month!! It was helping to know when my I-130 would be touched or approved!! In September, the lazy people in the USCIS stopped posting the dates and started putting 6 months. Leaving everyone in the dark, unable to see when they would get to documents. Last month when I went to look at the processing dates there was a paragraph saying that people who filed in June 2007 and after could expect longer processing times!! My 2 questions are, "Does anyone know the processing dates for the I-130 at the VSC right now?" or "Has anyone had there I-130 approved at the VSC who filed after me?" try this: USCIS Processing Delays Since you mailed yours in June and VSC is up to July 24, I would recommend calling them to see whats up.

I know what you feel but belive me, I was waiting for I-130 aspproval for 8 months, and the processing dates for vermont were unchanged for about 5-6 months so the best guide for you is to see what is going on on this forum check member's dates it's more accurate as for me
