How do I tell my application has been touched? It has said the same thing since the NOA1 back in September. Case received and pending. The biometrics was completed in mid October.

Hi. The only way that you can tell if your case has been touched is if the date on the USCIS website has changed. You have to look where it says last updated, if this date has changed since you last saw it then it has been touched. Even if you have signed up for email updates, you won't get an email when your case has been touched. As far as it saying case received and pending, it will always say that until it is approved.
