I have a few doubts about properties on my name in Brazil.
First: There is a car in my name and I'm responsible by brazilian law for any tickets associated with that vehicle. As my dad currently has the car and he's known to rack up tickets left and right, does such reflect on me?
Second: Appartments or houses i own, does that change anything on my visa interview? Should i sell them so i can prove i don't have plans on coming back to Brazil and i plan on marrying and staying with my husband in the United States? Or maybe that will become a problem when we're on the AOS process? Can I keep them here so my family can use them after i leave, or will i lose what i own here since i'll be leaving Brazil to live in the US?

The property you own in Brazil won't have any benefit, positive or negative with your k-1 visa.

If you're worried about tickets with the car, sell it to your father, or transfer it to his name.

As far as apt's and houses, there's no reason you should have to sell them. You don't have to prove you're not going to come back. You also won't lose what you own, they're yours!
