Hi, guys, it's been awhile since I've been on the site. Got a question, my wife and I are filing the I751 form now ( it's time to do so within the 90 days of our 2 year timeline ) and on the instructions page it states needing fingerprints and form FD258.

Now do we have to get the fingerprints first? then submit it with the I751 or will I get a notice for them, After we send in the 751? Also, we are filing jointly, do I get them too? ( fingerprints ).

If we do have to get them Before we send in the 751, what is the procedure for that?

Thanks in advance!

You will be scheduled for that just like with AOS

The biometrics appointment takes care of fingerprints.

The FD-258 is only used when filing overseas.

The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military Installation.
