Jut thought I'd pass along information (mine is I-130 Petition)....got information from automated system that the IV Bill was generated on 10/22/07. Well, I received it on 11-07-07, (it was postmarked 11-01-07)....so it took them 12 days to put it in the mail, and took 16 days total for me to receive it in mail....I sent the $380 Payment in Priority Mail 11-8-07, and now it has been delivered to the St. Louis office.

So I guess now I call and wait to hear automated message that says they have received the $380 for the IV Bill?? Ot does the automated message say something else??

Would the message say that they have generated the DS-230?? Wondering when that will happen...

Please advise if anyone here has had similar experience already and can share their time references and what messages they got for their case....

thanks for posting your information...i am waiting for mine....i called and they said that it was generated 11-5-2007... so im here waiting for the IVbill and for the I864

Here you go.
(1) Call NVC to find out if when they have received and cashed the money order. Wait for at least 7-10 days
(2) There will be an automated message when the DS230 is generated. Check pinned thread for NVC Automated Messages

WoW!! We got the same info.. I also got my IV Fee BIll on the 8th Thursday, but on the paper the date says Oct, 22, 2007.

Oh well I already paid and sent it out yesterday Friday Nov 9th.

What's funny is.. I called NVC and they claim the only missing on my I864 is my IV Bill.. heheheh.. I told them that I just got it 2 days ago..
