Our 129 F was approved Sept 12th. As of Nov 11 NVC has no record of it . They say the only way to proceed now is to resubmit my case thru USCIS.
This is two times for us. Our CR1 has been lost for 4 months now.
Anyone else in this situation?

You need to contact your local congress person for help. They will be able to look into it for you.

Definitely get your Congress person and/or a Senator's office involved. USCIS had lost our file a couple of times as well. Senator Dole's office was kind enough to help them "find" it for us.

Thanks, but I long ago I contacted Senator Fienstiens office. So far they have done nothing to help. I wrote to them asking them to help again but no word yet.
Too bad I'm not in Doles district.
