Hi everyone ! I am here on K 3 visa and I am preparing my AOS paperwork so will they give me the visa under those conditions ?

You already have your visa (K3).
You will probably need to do another interview for AOS though.

As far as I know, on a K-3, you need either an EAD or your green card to get a SSN
